Pros
Very professional environment. Flexible hours and very flexible on the type of work people do. Is very easy to move from one project to another and learn new things. They encourage and give time to study and learn.
Cons
Full of processes. Processes are getting on the way. Also full of managers which, I presume, is the reason for the focus on the processes. Managers like processes, most of them are extremely focus on all the stuff that the developers have to keep up to date about what they do instead of focusing on what is done and how is done. They also like meetings....O M G, the meetings!!! Sometimes is impossible to get anything done because of the meetings. Sometimes all that comes out of the meeting is the time and place of the next meeting
