      Pros

      Little to no oversight. Managers are willing to give you space.

      Cons

      Managers have no idea what I'm doing on a day to day basis though. Clients are able to walk all over us, and we're just expected to take it. Very difficult to change your career track once you're on one. Easier to just find a new job.

      Pros

      If you like eating fast food or cheap chain restaurants, then nothing to worry. The per diem at New York city is about 55 dollars. You can keep the money if you haven't spend it all. Nice for those who don't eat too much or don't look for quality food.

      Cons

      You will ALWAYS fly economy unless you get an upgrade due to your airline status. IBM do not pay for business even if your flight is 20+ hours. This is a general rule regardless of your position. Only the CEO flies on business. Plain and simple.
