Pros

IBM's current leadership (2023) is focused on turning the company towards AI and Cloud to once again make it a top technology company. Great benefits. Great people.

Cons

As with any company the size of IBM it can be bureaucratic.

Pros

Relative good salaries and stability.

Cons

Site is old and far away. Bus routes very slow, with very deteriorated buses which are super uncomfortable. If you sit with a man and he decides to man spread it gets disgusting.
