- a lot of educational programs - innovations - teamwork - International experience - work from home allowed - great carreer opportunities

Cons

- salary below market average - constant cost cutting, there is no even coffee in the office, no events for staff - hiring freeze almost always, if smb leaves, no replacement is approved - too much bureaucracy - no rest area in offices, only grey colors around

I agree that working from home can feel isolating...that's why as we create and open up new agile workspaces, it will be a great opportunity to bring people in to collaborate and expand their networks. One of the best reasons for working at IBM is its people... So coming together to be around them can be so beneficial.
