Pros

Knowledge Library. With various tools and new cutting edge technologies, there is a scope for great learning and keeping yourself updated. Work culture is good. Not very strict norms which helps to work freely and deliver comfortably. Sometimes you will get WFH option in case of any family urgency. Good for people working in Cloud technologies and Blockchain, as it has lot to offer.

Cons

Salary is very low. Annual Hike is very low. Variable payout is also very low percentage. More no of managers and useless higher management posts, which at a certain level not required.

Some employees are still able to work from home. Working for a company everyone and their grandmother recognizes. You can use a Mac at work. Very flexible work/life balance.

Cons

Heavy dog-fooding, using IBM products for everything. Very little innovation using cutting edge tools. Little to no salary increases or bonuses, be thankful you have a job. Heavy red-tape, politics, and bureaucracy. Always at risk to be laid off.
