Pros

- My managers treat me with the up most respect and stand by me ALWAYS. - My colleague's are always reliable and help to make life possible outside of work. - The culture here provides many opportunities for self growth and the freedom to do it at your own choice. No one is forcing you to learn the new stuff coming out but there's all sorts of learning tools to start that process if you want to get ahead.

Cons

IBM's only downfall is the yearly budget cuts they do with employee's. Anytime market share is down they cut off employee's or find ways to cut overhead ... which often results in great people losing their job. This is literally the ONLY thing I dislike about IBM and its unfortunately something that scares me all the time.
