engineers given autonomy to solve problems. Many ares to pursue. Good pay and benefits. Flexible schedules and ability to work remotely

Cons

Promotions are rare. Raises are minimal if you are lucky enough to get one. Upper management is not transparent.

flexibility work from home with the right job.... pension, health insurance, chance for career progression is good with many different organisations within IBM to look at

Cons

company is too big most individual organisations within the company do not share tools or processes, management can look negatively on someone doing a great job just because they are introverted..
