Pros

Its a big organisation every graduate aspire to work. My experience with this organisation has been wonderful. It's a great place to work with different people with different culture and client located internationally which gives us a good exposure. The career opportunities are wide, one can change his platform or move to different verticals at horizontal levels as well. One can enhance or develop his skills through various trainings and learnings conducted by IBM periodically.

Cons

Initial days really hard to get accustomed to the process and procedures followed in the organisation.
