Industry-benchmarked compensation and in some cases the chance to work on niche projects with incredible talent.

Cons

Promotions are linked to client's budget or affordability which is inequitable as career progression should be based on performance. Employees on bench can be placed on a PIP and risk losing their job without prior consultation or guidance, despite making every effort to find a new role. This creates an anxious and unstable environment that undermines morale and performance.
