Pros
I love the "team" environment at ICCU. I feel very well taken care of in all aspects. I love the opportunities within the Credit Union to get to know other departments and I love how much fun we're constantly having. I've met very few team members that I feel are unapproachable and I love the feeling that no one is better than anyone else. I feel like my managers truly care, they're motivating, good listeners, and happy to work with schedules. It really is the best place to work!
Cons
I've worked here for over a year and there are very few times I have left work unhappy. If I have it's been due to a stressful situation I was in right before leaving. However, the next morning I'm usually able to talk it out with a manager and those negative feelings are able to subside.
