      Pros

      Close knit team, helps each other out with professional and personal issues. Management really cares about the team and allows you to work without micromanaging, and wants to help develop your personal and professional life.

      Cons

      Work holidays, weekends are very busy.

      Pros

      This place cares about the people they represent so much. We work hard to find new ways to help our members and always want to look out for their best interest. They also care about their employees and appreciate their work and effort. Our managers care about our work lives and personal lives. There's also a lot of opportunity to move positions within ICCU and get promoted.

      Cons

      The only down side I have is not being able to request as much time off. The PTO we get is a lot which is nice but it's hard to get approved for unpaid time off.

      Pros

      I love the culture here so much! I planned to stay maybe 5 years when I started, but then I never left. The pay is fantastic, the benefits are the best (by far) in the industry, and the ability to learn and grow is not only encouraged, but provided.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that branches are open specific hours and so the team members need to be able to work those hours. Flexibility is there for part-time positions, but hours are fairly fixed for full-time positions.
