Employees are still the primary focus for them. The culture of community that is created throughout the company.

Cons

The growth of the company is great but it does make it harder to see people and not just numbers.

Where much is given, much is required. They are a high performing credit union that really invests in their employees, but they also require a lot o their employees to make sure they are doing their best to grow and put the members first priority
