ICCU cares about you and your goals. They have a culture that is known within the community. Investment in education.

Cons

Career growth is limited, even with a higher education. Most moves are lateral moves, while the credit union is growing, it is still a credit union and upward movement usually means who is willing to wait and be patient for an opportunity to come along. I would like to be making more money, but I feel stuck in my current position because I am the only one that knows what I know. Education investment is seen but it doesn't directly lead to raises or opportunities, it is more seen as personal growth.

ICCU has great people that I get to work around and the job I have is a good fit for me. As a company, the management cares for those working here as well as caring to offer services that will keep employees and customers happier.

Cons

ICCU is a company with high standards. If you are not willing to work to complete goals and overcome obstacles by set timelines, it may not be for you.
