Pros

There are innumerable benefits working here, from the huge emphasis they put on employee culture, team bonding, etc to how they allow for time off for family emergencies and it does not effect the job. I've been here half a year and have been gifted free baseball game and concert tickets, a paddleboards, solid silver coins... Not to mention whenever managers or people from different departments come in they always bring donuts!!!

None. This company outshines all the rest.

Pros

Iccu is an incredible company to work for. The benefits, 401k match, the training - all of it. I did not have a banking background but I have found so much success and enjoyment working for ICCU!

Cons

The only downsides are work-life balance at the moment. You’re guaranteed hours, but at the expense of no unpaid time. If you need a break, you have to use PTO.
