Each person's unique talents and skills are taken into account when considering how they might contribute and grow in their career at the credit union.

Pros

Positive workplace, great benefits, exceptional training, promotional opportunities, and pretty good pay! The job itself is a lot to learn but doable if you work hard and ask a lot of questions. You do work 10 hour shifts which is nice to have 3 days off. Everyone is so nice and are like one big family! I've never felt out of place here! It's the best place I've ever worked at! :)
