Pros

I have never had a job that I wake up and am excited to go to work everyday. ICCU cares so much about their employees that it blows my mind. I will never work anywhere else. Great pay, great benefits, amazing people.

Cons

I wouldn't consider it a downside, but there is a lot of training material. It can be overwhelming to some, but with the help of their supervisors, trainers, mentors and rest of the credit union you have more than enough support to get you through the hard stuff.

Cons

ICCU is very progressive. I love that. But some people have a hard time with being adaptable and constant change for the better.
