Pros

Leadership and management is okay. Since it's contract work, I dont interact with my ICF supervisor much and worked more with the client and their leadership. I'm very removed from ICF as I served more like an employee for the client ICF is contracted under.

Cons

Benefits are not that great. No bonus, just cost-of-living adjustments. Hard to get promoted.

Pros

Remote work flexibility, good colleagues, visibility for someone willing to build a career at the EU institutions.

Cons

Lower pay than most consultancies, lack of organization across different processes, and an unbalanced workload - you see colleagues going on burnout or working too much and others who seem to barely work.

Pros

The company offers strong benefits and provides a wealth of information through its internal portal, which can be helpful for employees looking to learn and grow.

Cons

When consulting with client companies, there tends to be little direction or structure. This lack of guidance can leave employees feeling unsupported.
