Thanks for sharing your review. Glad to hear you enjoyed the benefits ICF has to offer - there are so many available for all employees to take advantage of. Yes! There are absolutely pros and cons to joining a large company. And just like choosing the right university, it's important to take stock of what is best for you. And the trade-offs of each. Some people thrive in small companies where each person may manage multiple functions. For instance, an Office Manager may handle all things HR, Payroll, contracts, and payments. Others like the specialization, systems, and centralized structures that are possible when a company has many global employees. With entire teams dedicated to the examples above to provide needed scale and efficiency. I have been in both environments, and for me, ICF has the right balance of internal programs and leadership commitment to ensure everyone has what they need to belong, grow, and thrive. Granted - a lot of that is self-service - so I recommend following the weekly all-company updates each Monday, your group leader updates along with any local meetings and announcements to be sure you're in the loop with offerings.
