      Nothing this is a garbage company

      Cons

      First of all zero starts if I could !I only almost went along with the job because it was work from home. For one they took forever to email back and would ghost me. Interview sucked so I knew trouble was coming. Sent an offer letter just to be told my offer was rescinded. This company has been pure garbage from the start. If you are looking for. job I suggest going elsewhere. These people are an unprofessional mess.

      Pros

      Opportunities to travel. Some friendly coworkers and some interesting projects from time to time.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of downtime between projects. project managers aren't the most organized. Oftentimes it feels like ICF has minimal value add to projects. Low employee moral and pay.

      Good benefits in terms of health insurance, time off, holidays, etc.

      Cons

      I was apart of a company that was actually acquired by ICF, and overall the acquisition was not impactful whatsoever minus the "promises" they made that were never fulfilled. They pay below market value, not entry or average, below it. They will exploit you for what you do and make you think you have to work OT when you really don't. They don't give you the tools that are needed for development and expect very unrealistic work to get done in no time. Maybe it was the contract that I was working on but management does not care whatsoever, all they care about is profit and making themselves look good while the people who actually get the work done suffer.
