High salary at director level.. high profile projects (borders, terrorism, police cooperation, transport) .. high profile clients..opportunities for giving guidance and transmitting knowledge to juniors staff.. large teams..training .. variety of tools for monitoring and pushing staff.. under my guidance staff delivered highly successful projects and won key jobs\ framework contracts
Cons
High pressure on senior staff and lack of recognition for hard work..wrong choices to assign teams bring failure..teams assigned to incompetent leaders which lost credibility and inevitably will lose clients.. non professional environment resistant to changes.. I have reached my breaking point after 10 years or should I say bearing point .. .. good luck
