Some nice people The role allows you to go to places you wouldn't be able to travel to if not working on a project.
Cons
Very low compensation for all employees under a Senior position. Majority of employees in the North of the UK would come in at over £10k under the national average salary. However not illegal, it's showing of the company. Quarterly meetings to show you how many millions you would be making the company, all for it to go to Senior Management and not the backbone of the employees. The 'winding down' of the company was a farce. People would act as thought they knew nothing about the plans, even though there had been several months of meetings. More so senior managers went on to make their own business within a month of the closure. Showing it was on the books for a long while. That is no way to treat people which gave you their everything. Never had any decent pay reviews - just the typical 'Pizza Party' which itself is laughed at globally as a ploy to not pay employees more.
