Pros
ICF employees are a group of passionate, driven individuals that work together to solve some of the biggest problems of our generation. They care about what they do and will go the extra mile to be sure it's done well. Having worked both for nonprofits and other contractors, I think the thing that stands out to me about ICF is the attention to detail and commitment that its employees demonstrate. The new hire/onboarding process is also very efficient and designed to create a match that works for both sides.
Cons
Junior staff can feel over-worked and underpaid in some areas of the company. It is important for junior staff to find management that can advocate for their interests and support their professional development.
