Interview process was straightforward and well organized. Office spaces are nice. Projects are interesting and it is nice to be working on advocacy type digital projects. Wide range of benefits.

Cons

Health benefits are a little expensive.

Pros

Wide variety of interesting, challenging and often rewarding work. Great exposure to different types of projects and people, and excellent on-the-job learning possibilities. Reasonable ability to move and collaborate between groups. If you're smart, dedicated and hard working, you can generally go far in the company.

Cons

Extreme focus on quarterly and annual profits at the expense of employee growth. Every year, billing expectations increase, and benefits decrease. Frequent management shakeups and realignments. Limited training and learning opportunities, and those that exist are on your own time, or seem reserved for certain employees.
