Thank you for this five-star review. We're happy to hear you have found a team environment that works for you. The great thing about ICF is the breadth of work we have, and when things slow down, you can always express interest in other projects to gain new experiences. Discuss opportunities to take on new projects with your manager or explore our Communities of Practice where you can connect with your peers. -HS

Pros

Opportunity to work on lots of different projects with freedom to choose projects you enjoy. Nice people and opportunity to learn a lot.

Cons

Work load can vary but you need to be careful about protecting your own time so to not be overworked. Don't pay any overtime but some expectation that it is worked. Salaries are low.

Thanks for your feedback. Great to hear you're enjoying the project work and the colleagues you get to work with. Employees’ expectations of employers continually evolve, so we seek regular feedback from our teams through a variety of channels. Employees value meaningful and challenging work, flexibility and balance in their lives, transparency from leadership, and opportunities for career growth. This helps us evolve what we offer. We also encourage employees to take part in quarterly impact conversations, a two-way discussion where they can discuss real-time challenges and opportunities with their manager. --- LL

Pros

None. Bad management, bad salary. Having to "clock out" when you use the washroom just seems like a violation of basic rights.

Cons

Refer to the pros. Nothing positive. No opportunities for advancement, poor performance management
