Thank you for your review. We strive to create an environment where people feel they have balance in their work life. If employees feel those boundaries are not respected or are being broken, we encourage them to discuss prioritization with their managers. Most contracts have defined hours to work, and we wouldn't want to go above and beyond the scope of work unless there is a contract modification. If this approach does not work, we encourage employees to reach out to their HR business partner to further discuss any concerns. --- LL

Meaningful place to work

Pros

Great opportunities to grow and develop your career. Be hands on in implementing projects and work side by side with very knowledge colleagues.

Cons

Low investment to retain existing talent and in recruiting new talent ahead of the curve. Still conservative HR policy in terms of flexible opportunities for hybrid work.

Thank you for your five-star review. So glad to hear you've had a good experience, especially in areas of growth. Retention and hybrid work opportunities are more about the relationship with your supervisor than HR. Use quarterly impact conversations to advocate for yourself and ask about professional growth opportunities. Or propose a more flexible work schedule if you feel you've been successful working from home. --AB
