Nice people, interesting work in parts of the company. Decent benefits, flexibility.
Cons
There is basically a 1-3% difference in the raise a high performer receives and a lower less engaged employee. Essentially, no bonus structure. If your job requires you to work harder, don't do it, there is no reason. TERRIBLE internal software systems and laptops.
