      Pros

      It is good if you want a easy 9-5. Time off is easy to get. Getting your work done is simple and can be done very quickly.

      Cons

      Need a real internship PROGRAM in order to retain interns. It does not seem to know what it wants though. It has recently been acquiring many companies, but I don't think it knows its larger plan.

      Pros

      If you have a good supervisor, you will have flexibility, good feedback, and support. Most people work from home, so that is a definite perk.

      Cons

      Senior management does support or respect their staff. The only they care about is money. They do not want to pay their employees what they are worth because it cuts into their very large, multimillion dollar bonuses. They do not value good employees. Their promotion matrix does not allow for significant advancement, in fact it makes it almost impossible to get promoted. They expect you to work 24/7, but senior management is not willing to do the same. Poor infrastructure. They do not have the systems nor people in place to handle the volume of business or number of employees they have, yet they continue to expand.
