Pros

Ample oppurtunities to hone your managerial skills Senior Managers are good mentors and teachers, they give us full support and are ready to resolve any issue , personal or professional ( co-workers could be menance, I was lucky not to find many) Senior Manager= DGM and above

Cons

too big a bank to be managed properly... the last boss was really cranky, so you might as well end up in getting bad boss , beware of them! Too much of pressure

Lot of responsibility give by managers. Great learning experience. Excellent Training. Opportunity for growth or lateral movement.

Cons

Poor top down communication and lateral information flow. More focus needs to be given on hand over of responsibilities and clear definition of responsibilities
