Most innovative Bank esp in terms of technological advancements. Aims at best customer service. Provides good opportunity for its employees to grow professionally

Cons

Long hours working makes employees work life balance imbalance. Expects employees to work in area for which they are not hired. For example a customer services officer will be expected to be to involved in sales activity.

I suggest this for all the college graduates to gain substantial experience in the field of banking and finance. It also gives opportunities to managerial positions.

Cons

Salary is not competitive. There is stress and long working hours. Sometimes, the products are not appealing to customers.
