Pros

Co-workers are lovely people, and the pay is okay, however there are no pay discrepancies between graduates and experienced employees coming from different fields.

Cons

No trust in management’s capabilities, a very “do as you are told, because we have no spine when it comes to speaking to the client" job. Awful managment, that makes every excuse for the client. A very unorganised company that fails to meet employee’s needs as well as the client’s needs. The client’s have management wrapped around their finger, as managers give the illusion to employees that they can pass on much needed feedback from employees. But instead, follow up meetings are always met with “you have to be wrong because we can't argue with the client” responses. This has strong potential to impact employee performance. Would stay away as the role is dead end, unless you want to end up in management. Would otherwise try a different company to gain a role outwith the CDC world as CDCs are really the only people you contact.
