Best job I've had thus far as an engineer. Meaningful mission and work.

No cons. really. I will say ICON is not for people who are not ambitious and willing to dedicate themselves deeply and get dirty at times.

- In office mandates - Poor benefits - Poor compensation - HR team is more chaotic and messy than a toddler - Entire company is chaotic. Things change daily.
