      There are better CRO’s out there then this one.

      Pros

      -You get paid on time. -the health insurance was good. -holidays are honored.

      Cons

      -Nasty attitudes from leadership -bait and switch tactics when it came to paying employees during COVID -line managers are not responsive -a lot of turnover -things got worse when they merged with PRA -under paid and will get upset if you ask about a raise -fire people that take leave “medical leave.” And make up stories on why they were terminated -unprofessional HR department

      Direct managers do try to support when issues arise; however they are extremely overloaded so it can be very challenging to get their attention.

      Cons

      extreme lack of resources - across all departments big merger with ICON; in a state of transition across the two companies; a lot of re-organizing upper management.
