Pros

The people despite ELT perception there are a lot of hard working, extremely dedicated, and knowledgeable employees.

Cons

Executive leadership does not understand what it takes to run a successful study. Lots of studies in escalation and employees are told to do better. No raises in 2025 and many layoffs

Pros

Health benefits were good Amount of PTO was above average Line management was good; they used to be very responsive to issues that arose and worked to resolve. Was told that they don't lay people off when sponsor complete projects or pull their work out of the company.

Cons

Company seems to be on the decline; sponsor companies are switching, outsourcing groups to other countries. No longer reallocate staff to different sponsor programs.

Pros

The job has security, benefits, and a pretty okay work-life balance, working with less difficult clients.

Cons

Poor management, no raises—one year, I got a 3% raise for doing exceptionally well—but that doesn't compete with the 7.9% annual rise of inflation. Little praise for successful outcomes, a toxic work environment for some employee, management plays favorites, and not much opportunity for growth.
