      Before getting job you will be treated well. After joining you will be treated as hell.

      Icon has a deeply ingrained culture of HR malpractices, from blatant favouritism and internal politics to constant violation of company policies. Management supports biased behaviour and often terms a blind eye to HR Ethical violation, which creates a toxic and hostile work environment. Promotions and career growth are not based on merit. But rather who you know or what group you are aligned with internally. The lack of transparency and constant retaliation against anyone questioning the system makesnit impossible to thrive. If you want to jeopardize your career and work in an environment that rewards manipulation, over hardwork, Icon is the place for you. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere..
