      Company culture Inspire program - employee shoutouts Supportive in wanting to see professional development

      Cons

      Thrive program not as expected. This program is in place to support employees finding a new placement once a sponsor/client ends a contract, but the program was not helpful and once contract ends, you are no longer in Thrive. In the past, once your contract ends with a sponsor, you have 6 months within Thrive to find another placement. So many changes that are not beneficial to the employee in the long-run.

      Great benefits - insurance, PTO, etc. Different types of opportunities/experiences

      Cons

      Employees feel like just another cog in the wheel, not a lot of team bonding. Salary is way under industry standards for some roles. No bonuses. Rare yearly merit increase that doesn't even cover cost of living increases.
