Pros

the company does provide great training when onboarding.

Cons

Once training and onboarding is complete, it becomes apparent how disorganized line management and study management teams ae, especially when it comes to CRA work allocations and requested delieverables. There is an enormous amount of pressure to deliever high number of days on site, regardless of the impact it has on the quality of other expected deliverables (i.e. etmf, trip reports, etc).

Pros

Option to work from home. Vacation days can be taken flexibly. Working hours can also be flexible at times .

Cons

High workload. Very high staff turnover. Little room for career progression and it is more about who you know rather than your work performance. Benefits are not good compared with other comparable size companies.
