nothing!!!! Didnt realize it early enough…. Stayed until I found a new role elsewhere!

1. non existent HR, it is literal blackhole you send emails to! Emails you receive from “HR” come with a note “do not reply email” and every time come from various names. Bizarre! 2. Your line manager will NEVER have you back…. they only want to cover their own butt in front of the sponsor and give two damn about you! Will get rid of you as quickly as possible! Horrible communication manners! You are totally isolated from the hierarchy and dont even know who to go to with your concerns! 3. TERRIBLE, and I mean literally ZERO benefits…. People in India get treated better than ICON employees in USA! NO stock option, expensive healthcare benefits, you name it! ICON is the sh!ttiest place i had worked!

Being paid to work from home

Cons

Getting laid off as soon as it can be offshored. We tend to be overworked or have to roll with the punches as they go through the most recent acquisition. That was 3 years ago and things are still changing
