High Pay, Great Benefits, Work with lots of clients directly but paid by DOCS

Cons

Sometimes clients cancel contracts and you can be in "limbo" not knowing if you'll have a new position before your current one expires. Having to work for new clients means you have to do training each time you change clients. Sometimes you can be placed where you don't belong, this has only happened to me once, but its why I'm on glassdoor in case I can't find a new client with my boss to get out of the current client project.
