The people there are great. It's a great place to learn a lot and experience new technology. You get admin access to your machine, which most company does not allow. You can install any legal software you wish to try.
Cons
It's high stress because there are not enough people and the big boss is very demanding. He can change decisions at a last minute notice and throw out your hard work for the past week.
