Terrible work culture - lacks professionalism- force to work even when unwell and no support for onboarding or exit. There is a lot of people politics and generally, people who have spent their lifetime in the company tend to exhibit undue power advantage - creating unhealthy work exvironment that reduces the tenor people spend in org. The attrition rate is also very high
