Cons

Team leaders and sector heads lacks any leadership qualities,they are simply poor managers with no team management skills .There is no check from the top management whether the person who has been given responsibility of managing a team is actually capable,the role simply has been assigned based on longevity of the employees.At time one gets feeling that instead of being subsidiary of an internationally renowned company icra is managed more like some government organisation.
