      12 hour work days 6-6 MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE - VERBALLY ABUSIVE Machines constantly breaking down yet expecting high production numbers Favoritism Racists against immigrant communities that work there Extremely hot in summer, no ac, and freezing in the winter Not everyone is paid the same, varying pay rates even tho everyone does the same job and you may produce more than people who get paid more than you

      They allow you to feed your creative side. Incredible dependable group environment.

      Cons

      Don’t plan for a future with them unless you plan to retire making under $80k per year. They tend to remove high salary workers first regardless of skill set or what you bring to the table or how hard you work. They have a select protected few that can do no wrong regardless of how much wrong they do.
