The company is working on developing a training program.

Severe language barriers hinder everything, result in a clique atmosphere, where you are all alone. You will not know if you are doing well or badly. Management does not communicate, on the floor or otherwise. No SOP for training or designated trainers.If you come late, you may not get to work that day. If you have repetitive motion injuries, this job will cause you severe pain. It's a decent job, but nobody will tell you the overarching goal. Not a team atmosphere .They seem to get annoyed if you ask anything. Nobody speaks English, and you will mostly be left to yourself wondering what to do. You will feel as if people are possibly talking about you/ sabotaging you as a threat. Nerve wracking. Not awful, but far from motivating.
