      Pros

      Very competent with their core product line & offerings. Seem to have a good reputation with acquisitions.

      Cons

      Now that the honeymoon is over, it's going to be a lengthy and messy integration/disintegration with Smiths Medical. Many of the cuts have led to keeping the wrong people and releasing the good ones. Based on where it's heading now, clean-up will take way longer than expected which is too bad for all.

      They expect master's degrees and significant experience - yet starting pay is very low. Very little to no diversity in leadership positions No emphasis on diversity or inclusion No emphasis on work life balance No annual pay increase, no cost of living increase only 3.2 weeks of vacation Punitive company culture that rewards cutting resources and operating to the bone

      Pros

      Most employees at the worker level are great people to work with - once you get away from the "Carefusion Club"

      Cons

      Too many to list. Lets start with company feels that employees should bow down and kiss management's feet for every dollar thrown their way. Management does not respect or acknowledge that people work hard and earn their salaries. Management pays lip service to employees but looks to sacrifice them at the first opportunity. One has to be ex-Carefusion to progress. Everyone else is a dolt who does not know anything about making quality product. Scraping by with regulatory agencies.
