Pros

I'm not to sure about pros? sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. the work schedule. being that you get to have a semi consistent schedule and you get 3 days off and 3 days of grueling 36 hours of working with others who are cutthroat. while the best/favoritism gets to get away with things. it's definitely dog eat dog and clique high school group. so if you're in you're in. if you're in the days on the week days you have better accessibility for a chance to shine. other wise it's the wild west for you.

Cons

12 hour shifts. half your day is gone. good luck commuting. even for 10 mins one/both ways. adds up to being a devout to this company that definitely wants to rink out all that you have in you. I can't imagine working for night shift, you'd definitely have to be a real special one of a kind vampire. yes the adage of putting in work gets you rewarded but the incentive isn't really that great. the "bonus" is a miss and they make you feel bad that you don't deserve it because they didn't profited above 50% after buying other locations and more new machinery while the simplest quality of life and necessity equipment like racks and brooms and spill cleaners to even broken toilets don't even get attention. heck even their time clocks are messed up which screws around with your labor and pto and request offs. guess what you're working for free if you don't talk to your supervisor or HR but guess what. they're all busy and unreachable and it's the weekend so you have to wait until Monday. but also good luck if you're on night shift you'd have to wait until 9am-5pm sometimes HR and uppermanagement leaves at 3pm so email will be the only way to contact them which puts you into a roulette of luck and escalation. I'd say this is a high turn over job. the ideology is honoring, that we save lives and putting in work gets you rewarded, and it's a learning environment. but you will be judged through and through. there is also a shift undertone of elitism and narcissism between all shifts. day vs nights A shift vs B shift. so you can say checks and balance is a real thing. but just like the government itself what checks and balance on politics never works. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Even the greatest employee can't carry all the weight and keep machines fixed, when it's fixed, lazy mode activated and the wolves start to wear sheep's clothing going around each little pigs house.

Pros

If you are a sales rep that just gets by and loves sitting on daily meetings for a few hours, this is your kinda place.

Cons

Good ‘ol boys network. CEO is all about the cost, not investing or rewarding those that make it happen. New priority every week means no focus.

Pros

Domestic teams are incredibly nice and helpful

Cons

Some sites have a drastically different culture. Leadership team clearly doesn't care about the employees, just themselves.
