      Pros

      The work environment within team. Can easily connect with coworkers about how poor of a workplace it is, the only reason many stay is because of the coworkers.

      Cons

      Management. Lack of communication between teams. Constant shift in "prioroty." Always expected to do more than your job entails. Lack of professional respect.

      Pros

      In my position I get unlimited PTO/Vacation. Sound great, just try and take any time off. Any PTO time you'd manage to get off they expect you to attend meetings and take your phone and laptop. If you're still here during the rumored buy out, you might get a decent payout. Most everyone else will face layoffs.

      Cons

      Low pay, 18 hour long days, 2am conference calls and training sessions with India and Poland. No budget, development software or hardware to develop new software and new hardware. Then you're penalize in performance reviews for not meeting deadlines caused by management's lack of leadership or communication.

      Pros

      Lots of good dedicated people that work in various areas of the site. They rarely have layoffs.

      Cons

      Poor upper management they have no clue how to make it run better and the employees that have been there the longest have given up trying to explain it to them as they don’t listen. Many many meetings with nothing done after ideas put forth to gain productivity.
