      Pros

      Exciting new leadership for smiths more focused on current products making great improvements and quality needed. Great coworkers and work life balance.

      Cons

      Doesn't feel like ICU values all the hard workers that are left and supporting there needs from the start. Understaffed or missing info during transition leaves so many to figure it out by them selves and that adds to the confusions and more question.

      I don’t have any pros.

      Cons

      This is specific to the Plymouth site which formerly was Smiths Medical. Micromanagement. Poor leadership. Ethics were questionable. Tough to work your way up the career ladder. Minimum development opportunities. I would suggest avoiding this place. It is very disorganized and things are not thought out well. You will spend more time in meetings or preparing for them than actually working. Bonus payout was always far below target.

      Things move so slow and systems are overly complicated. Retention is an issue. Sometimes it takes a year to fill open position.
