It was contract job so I did not receive any benefits other than that it is a pretty decent and hard working job.

They do provide a lot of benefits such as 401K, bonus and compensation depending your performance If you are a permanent employee.

Cons

Sometimes they are biased toward their permanent employees and they can remove you anytime if you are a contractor.

Pros

Maintenance Mechanics have it easy here, especially in Hi Rise. I spent a lot of time sleeping on the job.

Cons

Terrible pay and benefits. I made less than $42k/yr. Other maintenance positions in the Austin area easily pay into the $60k/yr and higher with the same amount of experience I had. Benefits were extremely expensive here too. The maintenance manager is also a terrible manager to work with.

Employment is realistically the only thing that comes to mind. Since there's a 5 word minimum I just kept typing.

Cons

-Prison like environment, 1.5% annual raises, lack of flexibility, annual shutdown, High turnover.
