Pros
The department I work for is a well rounded group. I love that it is people of all ages. I think it’s better that way. If you work for the company and are not a contractor, you get quite a few holidays off paid. If you are a contractor then they don’t pay you.
Cons
Varies among different departments. The company’s goal is to never delay in making and testing product. Depending on what department you work for you may be asked to come in on days off. I hear they do not give you much of a raise if you switch jobs while you work there, so try to start as high as you can.
