-Many different projects to work on. - Can gain experience in other skill sets - Heath benefits are great

Cons

-Organization and communication is lacking -Documentation practices are not streamlined and very difficult to navigate -Proper tools are not readily available to accomplish your job, I spend a lot of time searching

If you want OT there's usually plenty to be had.

Cons

Don't count on your schedule staying the same for any length of time. Management changes us back and forth from 8hrs to 12hrs and then a few months later decides that was a mistake and changes it back. They've done that four times in the last four years and you are expected to adapt to whatever schedule they decide for now. They will squeeze you for everything they can get. You feel owned here.
